Components of asphalt concrete mixes - Additive adhesive bituminous "PEPARM

variety of the stone materials and bitumens used at construction of road asphalt concrete coverings, and also adverse climatic conditions of certain regions of Kazakhstan result in need to increase coupling of bitumens with mineral materials for providing the required service life of coverings.

Additive adhesive road "PEPARM" the cationic surface-active substance (SAS) which is the universal remedy providing high extent of coupling of bitumens with mineral materials, various by the nature, including with the granite crushed stone and sand possessing the increased acid properties.

Introduction of the additive "PEPARM" in number of 0,5 — 1,0% in bitumen allows:

- to provide high extent of coupling of liquid and viscous bitumens with mineral materials of the different nature;

- to reduce bitumen expenses in asphalt concrete approximately by 6-8%: to reduce working temperature knitting and temperature of preparation of hot asphalt concrete mixes approximately by 10-20 degrees;

- to reduce an expense of energy carriers on technological needs;

- to increase productivity of the equipment of ABZ and group of the condensing mechanisms;

- to increase a season of construction works on 1 — 1,5 month

- to raise water - and frost resistance of asphalt concrete and, therefore, to increase covering service life.

The production technology of "PEPARM" representing mixes of polyaminoamides and half-iminoimidazolines is based on use of high-quality raw materials and allows to receive production with the set properties and constant structure.

"PEPARM" - uniform pastelike substance from light yellow till dark brown color with a characteristic smell.

- "PEPARM" is almost insoluble in water; restrictedly a rastvorima in alcohol, kerosene;

- density at a temperature of 40 degrees — 935+10 kg/m3 is not toxic (a class of danger 4);
