Protravlivatel of PS-5 seeds

Protravlivatel of seeds of PS-5 is intended for processing of seeds of crops by pesticides for the purpose of destruction of outside and internal infection, and also their mixes with microfertilizers and growth factors. Protravlivatel can work with the pesticides of all preparative forms allowed for use in agriculture.
PS-5 — - the self-propelled compact car for small farms working in the automatic mode.

This model has the simplified modification — - PS-5 "-the Farmer" - differing in lack of self-feed.

Features of design:

1. Protravlivatel is equipped with system of raspyl of the liquid which is providing qualitative covering of seeds with pesticide and steadily working even at the high-concentrated viscous suspensions.
2. Protravlivatel is equipped with the built-in system of the washing including additional tank for pure water, system of shutoff valves and additional sleeves. It allows to save till 1 o'clock replaceable time on washing of the pump doser, hydrocommunications and the sprayer when changing of the used pesticide or maintenance of protravlivatel.
3. Stability of work of protravlivatel in the automatic mode is provided with the highly reliable sensors of capacity type which do not have in the design of mobile parts.
4. The Shnekovy conveyor is equipped with continuous spiral with the tilt angle preventing jamming and damage of seeds.
5. The design of protravlivatel provides convenient access to all nodes at maintenance and repair.
